Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to manage and operate our social media accounts, create engaging content, and implement strategic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent writing skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize strategies.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Manage the company’s social media accounts and website, consistently publishing
    informative and engaging content that help our target audience discover and learn about our
    products.
  2. Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), and
    other influencers across various social media platforms. Create compelling content to promote
    the company’s products.
  3. Maintain and actively participate in social media group discussions and interactions. Gain
    insights into our customer audience’s characteristics and trends to develop new content and
    promotional ideas.
  4. Analyze platform performance data and adjust content creation strategies based on feedback.
  5. Optimize operational strategies to enhance account influence.
  6. Manage the digital marketing calendar, planning and publishing content for product launches,
    trending topics, and important holiday promotions. Continuously engage users to increase
    brand awareness.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree from communication or related
  2. Minimum 2 year of experience in social media operations or related fields, including
    WhatsApp, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, at least 2 of them
  3. Proven experience managing social media or sales for the small loan industry is a plus.
  4. Familiar with social media platforms and best practices.
  5. Strong data analysis skills to inform strategy adjustments.
  6. Proficiency in image and video editing software.
  7. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  9. Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang with WFO arrangement
